Four Stops From a Bowery Bar to a Rooftop Club

A hosted bar crawl that ends on a multi-level rooftop, built for showing up alone and leaving with a group.

Start at a Bowery bar and end on the rooftop.

New York hands you a thousand bars and no system for picking four in a row. This is the version where someone else picked them, called ahead, and walks the group in.

Everyone meets at Sláinte on the Bowery at 9:00 PM. The group caps at forty, and most people arrive the way you will, alone or in a pair. Hosts run the night. Nobody stands at a door negotiating entry, and nobody pays at the next one.

It runs Friday and Saturday and takes about three and a half hours to reach the last room. Entry to all four venues is covered, and the crawl-only drink deal changes from bar to bar: a complimentary drink, a free shot with one you buy, or two for one.

How the Night Actually Moves

Check-in is a table inside Sláinte, and the bar staff will point you at it. 9:00 PM is a hard line. Late arrivals are not admitted, and there is no later group to join.

The confirmation email carries the check-in details and any change to them. Read it the day of. The walk between rooms is short, and the hosts hold the group together. Bars come first and volume comes later.

The Rooftop Is the Point

The last stop is a multi-level rooftop club in lower Manhattan, and it is where the crawl stops being a walk and turns into a night out. The group reaches it around midnight. The roof is built to stay open in any weather, and a February booking lands the same room as a July one.

Expedited entry applies here too. The group goes past the line at the street door. The operator keeps the club's name off its public pages, and it arrives with your check-in details.

The Door Policy People Get Wrong

The final club enforces its own dress code, and the crawl cannot override it. Athletic wear and footwear, hoodies, tank tops, flip flops, sandals, flats, and baseball caps are all turned away. Men need long pants.

Bring a physical ID. Photocopies are not accepted, and 21 is the minimum age with no exceptions.

Who This Fits

The operator points at 21 to early thirties, and the room reads that way. Solo travelers and pairs fit the format better than large private groups, and one booking covers up to eight people.

A departure can be cancelled when too few travelers book it. Keep a second plan for the night. The walking is light at any fitness level, and the operator advises against the night for pregnant travelers and anyone with cardiovascular trouble.

The booking on this page refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start. Nothing comes back inside that window.

Tickets work on a phone or on paper. New York bars serve until 4:00 AM, and the wristband still works after the crawl officially ends. The last room is yours for as long as you want it.
