Four Cocktails Between Union Station and Denver's Dairy Block
A two-hour walk through LoDo with four craft cocktails, from a Brachetto spritz by the trains to a butter pecan old fashioned.
Denver's cocktail walk starts inside its train station. You meet in the Great Hall of Union Station at 4:30 pm, and two hours later you are on the Dairy Block, four craft cocktails in.
The route covers just under half a mile, and every tasting is seated indoors. That is why the operator runs it in rain or snow. Between pours, the guide covers Denver's Prohibition years and the restaurant boom that followed.

On this listing the tour runs Fridays and Saturdays at 4:30 pm. As of November 4, 2026, the booking calendar showed dates through November 21, then again from January 2.
Everyone on the booking needs to be 21 or older. The price covers the cocktails and the bites at the first stop; the guide's tip is extra.

The first stop is Tavernetta, an Italian restaurant steps from Union Station with an open kitchen and a view of passing trains. The pour is a Brachetto Spritz: lightly sparkling red Brachetto wine with citrus and a bitter edge.
The spritz comes with housemade focaccia, garlic conserva and a mix of marinated olives. Sit down, eat, and let the guide set out the route.
An Old Fashioned, Then Two Pours Picked for the Group

Next is a short stop inside the Oxford Hotel, which the operator bills as Denver's oldest hotel. The listing walks you past the Cruise Room there, an Art Deco bar it says opened the day after Prohibition ended in December 1933, and on to the bar at Urban Farmer, a downtown steakhouse.
The drink at Urban Farmer is a Butter Pecan Old Fashioned: bourbon infused with toasted pecans and browned butter, stirred with demerara syrup and bitters.
The last stop, Poka Lola Social Club inside the Maven Hotel, pours two cocktails chosen for the group, and they change with the season. One traveler wrote in June 2026: "Be careful with those last couple. They hit hard."
Bites at the First Stop, Dinner After
The food count depends on which page you read. The booking page's description mentions small plates at two stops. The operator's own tour page lists small plates at the first stop only, and its own booking system lists three pairings.
The operator's FAQ calls the tour a happy hour and says most guests head to dinner afterward, so plan to eat after 6:30 pm. Vegetarian and pescatarian diets can be handled if you say so when booking, because tastings are pre-ordered with the bars. Gluten-free and dairy-free diets cannot be fully covered on this tour.
Who Can Book, and What Is Extra
Everyone has to be 21 or older, and the operator asks guests to bring a valid ID to be served. Travelers who skip alcohol can request mocktails when booking.
The guide's gratuity is not included; the operator puts the local norm at 15 to 20 percent. Cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund. A departure can also be canceled if too few travelers book.
📍 Meet near the Crawford Hotel check-in desk toward the back of Union Station's Great Hall, 1701 Wynkoop Street, where the map pin sits. Look for a guide wearing an orange "Delicious Denver Food Tours" button, and arrive five to ten minutes early; the group leaves at 4:30 pm.
The operator suggests a rideshare because of the drinks. If you drive, it names metered street parking and The Music Garage at 1615 18th Street.
The walk ends inside the Maven Hotel on the Dairy Block, which the listing puts two blocks from the start. From there it is an easy walk to dinner or back to the trains.
