Forte Portland

Forte builds its daytime counter around local purveyors, brewing organic, hot-air roasted Longbottom Coffee alongside baked goods from Marsee Baking and Cheryl's on 12th. The layout caters to both focused work and casual conversation, offering distanced seating nooks and separate table areas with soft music across an open floor. Later hours shift toward the Pacific Northwest cellar, rotating bottles from Walla Walla and regional producers with pours like white pinot blanc and complex Chardonnay.
