The house is arranged across three levels designed to keep large gatherings together while offering space to retreat. On the ground floor, an indoor-outdoor bar connects the living area to a fully equipped chef's kitchen, an outdoor gym, and a Sonos sound system backed by a curated record collection.

Sleeping quarters occupy the upper stories. The second level features four ensuite bedrooms alongside a dedicated makeup vanity, while the top floor adds three more bedrooms and a flexible space outfitted with tour bus-style beds. Stays are supported by a dedicated concierge team.
