Made in small batches on site, the water ice menu spans more than 30 fruit-puree flavors that are dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free. Custard is served at soft-serve consistency in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or swirl. Beyond ordering either solo, the two meet in signature orders like the layered 2nd Street and the blended Mummer’s Mix, which is capped with an extra scoop of water ice. The counter also scoops organic ice cream made with Straus Family Creamery dairy, alongside milkshakes, root beer floats, and Wookie Cookies.
