Set in the back of a Mobil convenience store on South Orange Blossom Trail, the space includes a bright, clean seating area run by owner Mario, who draws on pizza-making methods learned in Italy. The kitchen leans on meticulous preparation, including a dedicated water filtration system for the dough and house-made sauce. Alongside classic slices, the menu features the strong-flavored house-specialty "Flame" pizza, the loaded Deluxe, chicken wings, and hot, buttery garlic knots.
