First Hill Park

Managed by Seattle Parks and Recreation along University Street, the park provides an easy pause from the surrounding city, furnished with benches, an open patch of lawn, and two grills. Small touches give the grounds their own charm, particularly the little sculptures tucked into the setting, though visitors also note the space faces occasional urban management challenges.
