Filipino Sharing Plates Bring Beacon Hill Together
Dine at Musang, where chef Melissa Miranda puts local ingredients and a family story at the center of the meal.
🍽️ A Table Built Around Community
Make dinner a Beacon Hill gathering at Musang, where modern Filipino comfort food arrives as family style plates. Sharing is part of the plan, with cooking rooted in heritage and a community focus that suits an evening around the table. Bar and wine offerings sit alongside the food, giving your group room to make a meal of it.
Chef and owner Melissa Miranda shapes the cooking around local ingredients. She named the restaurant in honor of her father, drawing its name from his nickname. That family connection runs from the name on the door to the heritage behind the kitchen.
Musang sits at 2524 Beacon Avenue South in Seattle. Dinner runs from 5 PM to 10 PM Wednesday through Monday, with Tuesday closed. Reservations are available through OpenTable, and the restaurant also offers online ordering for a meal away from the dining room.
