🌶️ Tradition On The Plate

Sixty eight years of tradition now live in a brand new space at Maz Mezcal, a festive Upper East Side restaurant on East 78th Street. The kitchen sticks to classic Mexican dishes, and the restaurant continues to serve local patrons and their loved ones.

Weeknights start in the late afternoon. Monday runs from 5 PM to 9 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 4 PM to 10 PM, and Friday from 4 PM to half past ten PM. Weekends open at 1 PM for brunch, with Saturday closing at half past ten PM and Sunday at 9 PM.

Beyond the dining room, Maz Mezcal takes on private events and catering, and takeout keeps the menu within reach on a night in. Pair a classic plate with a drink from the bar, book the room when the whole group needs a table, and settle into a festive neighborhood spot backed by decades of tradition, now with a fresh space to show for it.
