Rooted in the Cannella family tradition, this distillery produces Italian-style spirits, amari, and cordials within a repurposed 1930s industrial building. The venue pairs its production space with an open, airy cocktail bar where you can find specific regional ingredients, including the hard-to-find Amer liqueur essential for Nevada’s Basque-rooted Picon Punch.
