Brought to the Strip by the owners of St-Tropez landmark Sénéquier, Favorite Bistro trades white-tablecloth formality for an energetic dining room fueled by live music and open-air seating along the pedestrian promenade. The all-day kitchen leans into generous plates, turning out morning staples like Lobster Benedict on a croissant and brioche French toast alongside burgers, pastas, and French onion soup. From mid-afternoon on, the focus broadens with craft cocktails, happy hour drinks, and a daily prime rib special starting at 2pm.
