Farthest Star Sake

Inside the taproom, full views look onto the production floor, where owners Amy and Todd craft minimally processed sake using Arkansas rice, pure water, and handmade koji. Drinks range from sake samplers to cocktails and mocktails, served alongside authentic Japanese snacks like onigiri. With seating arranged inside the brewery and outdoors, the space maintains a relaxed, kid-friendly rhythm where guests can also bring in pizza from next door.
