Watch inventive puppetry and book adaptations, with age guidance for choosing a production.
🎭 Puppetry And Cast Conversations
At 201 Thomas Street, Seattle Children's Theatre pairs inventive puppetry with the craft and polish of an adult stage. Its repertoire ranges from rhyming book adaptations such as Chicka Chicka Boom Boom to productions such as Luchadora, giving the program room for different kinds of storytelling.
The small auditorium keeps every seat close to the stage. Each production carries age appropriate ratings for young audiences, a starting point when choosing a title for your child. Performances frequently finish with short cast question and answer sessions, extending the conversation beyond the curtain. Free lobby activities take place before the show and at intermission.
For ticket inquiries, in person box office hours run Tuesday to Friday from noon to 5 PM, with phone and email service Tuesday to Sunday from noon to 6 PM. These are ticket office windows, separate from the performance you book.
