Essence Bar & Grill

Located on the corner of Atlantic and Troy avenues, this lounge features tables and bar seating arranged around a stage and DJ booth. The menu focuses on Southern classics like BBQ ribs, mac and cheese, chicken wings, and fried shrimp. The room keeps a laid-back, old-school vibe, with weekly programming that includes Wednesday comedy shows hosted by Ace Zanders & Friends alongside karaoke nights. Table service is handled by staff who double as the bar attendants.
