When the Sacco family arrived from New York in 1982, chicken wings were virtually unknown to local diners. Opening under the original name Wings N' Things, they initially stood outside offering free samples to reluctant customers who hesitated to give the dish a shot. That early push paid off, eventually expanding the venture into a coast-to-coast operation built on those original recipes.
