When the Sacco family moved from New York to California, chicken wings were still a novelty on the West Coast. Originally named Wings N' Things, the shop built its early following by handing out free samples outside the restaurant to win over hesitant passersby. Alongside its traditional wings, the kitchen serves fresh tenderloin strips, relying on original recipes that have since expanded from coast to coast.
