At the Environmental Education Center in DUMBO, the East River's creatures are the main attraction. A 250-gallon aquarium houses local critters, while a 10-foot scale model of the park offers a bird's-eye view. This year-round space serves as the hub for an education program that reaches more than 10,000 school children annually.
