Founded by Frances, Enter The Oasis operates around a teacher-first philosophy that gives instructors room to develop their own teaching styles and sustainable careers. The room is intentionally designed without mirrors, encouraging practitioners to focus entirely on internal experience rather than appearance. Offerings range from dynamic Vinyasa and breathwork to restorative Yin and sound baths, with sessions structured to remain accessible to all levels. Mats and props are provided on-site.
