Running since 2013, Enjay's is a partnership between University City's 90-plus-year-old Smokey Joe's and Philly food truck Pitruco Pizza. Alongside pizza, the menu features sandwiches and many ingredients made in-house, driven by the same dough focus that earned Pitruco a Best of Philly nod.
