Helmed by Chef Partner Evan Snyder and Managing Partner Julian van der Tak, Emmett grounds its space in relationships with Philadelphia-based artists whose ceramics, glassware, and design define the experience of the room. In the kitchen, the cooking draws across the greater Mediterranean, blending Levantine cuisine with French, Italian, and North African flavors in tandem with regional farms and producers.
