Elvin's Bakery

Founded in 2003 at Kapalama Shopping Center by a husband-and-wife team, the shop builds on Elvin’s six years at Panya Bakery. The ovens turn out nearly 50 cakes and 300 to 400 pastries each day, filling the counter with choices like chestnut cake, strawberry shortcake, marble cheesecake, and blueberry cream cheese scones. For events, the bakery crafts custom birthday and wedding cakes tailored with specific flavors, decorative designs, and personalized messages.
