Founder Lynn Chandler pioneered the three-vegetable plate here in 1939, pairing classic diner items with scratch-made sides like mashed sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, and collard greens. Operating as a Nashville landmark ever since, the space preserves its original soda fountain roots alongside traditional soda fountain flavors, welcoming service, and an authentic mid-century diner feel.
