The shop's beans are sourced by O' Rita's Roasters founder Eric Shane Busuttil, who established the business to honor the Colombian coffee legacy of his grandmother, Olga Rita. Inside, the space features dark painted walls and a layout with lots of tables, plus outdoor seating. Alongside lattes, the menu highlights specialty chai and zucchini bread, served by owners known for their hands-on hospitality and occasional pastry samples.
