Ellie's

Set in Alamitos Beach, this is chef and owner Jason Witzl’s first independent effort, designed around a warm, familial atmosphere. The kitchen draws on products from an assortment of farmers, fishermen, and butchers selected for their distinct methods. Witzl maintains an active presence in the dining room, regularly bouncing from kitchen to table to describe the food and share the enthusiasm behind each dish.
