Opened in 2014, the restaurant is the venture of chef Alfredo Solis and his sister Jessica, who spent over a decade working up through Washington kitchens from dishwashing to executive chef. The kitchen prepares nearly everything in-house, sourcing daily fresh bread for a lineup of tortas and tacos alongside flatbreads stuffed with cactus, meats, and fresh cheeses. The neighborhood spot operates across lunch, dinner, happy hour, and weekend brunch.
