Description
Founders Victoriano “Benito” Gonzalez and his wife Angelina honed their frita craft in Cuba before bringing the tradition to Miami in 1973 and opening their flagship in 1979. Today, their children Mercedes and Yamil carry on the recipe across multiple Miami-area locations. The build features 100% ground-beef patties infused with herbs and spices and topped with onions inside a Cuban bread bun, delivered with quick, friendly service.
