Set in the middle of a semi-busy residential street, the space functions much like a grassy flower bed. The plot holds only a street light, a street sign, and a tree, leaving no room for children to play. Aside from providing pet waste bags for very small dogs stepping onto the grass, the strip offers little else beyond the surrounding curb.
