El Pollo Loco

Whole chickens marinate in herbs, spices, fruit juices, and garlic before being hand-chopped across a menu of combo meals, burritos, tostadas, salads, and quesadillas. The rest of the tray fills out with warm tortillas, dressings, and handmade guacamole and salsas.
