El Pollo Loco

Whole chickens are marinated daily in a recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices, and garlic before being fire-grilled and hand-chopped. The resulting meat fills tacos, salads, and quesadillas, rounded out by handmade guacamole and dressings inspired by the flavors of Mexico.
