El Pollo Loco

Drawing inspiration from Mexican flavors, the kitchen marinates whole birds in a blend of herbs, spices, fruit juices, and garlic before cooking them over the fire grill. The meat is hand-chopped for plated chicken meals or folded into burritos, tacos, tostadas, salads, and quesadillas, rounded out with house dressings.
