Description
Manuel Ortiz opened the Bell Gardens location in 1983 alongside his father, Don Carlos, and ten brothers. That debut paved the way for each brother eventually opening their own El Pescador. Today, the restaurant continues to follow Don Carlos’s guidance to serve customers like family while maintaining the focus on value passed down from Doña Isidra.
