EL Lucero Restaurant

Owner Ana grew up alongside her mother, the owner and cook of a restaurant in Chalatenango, El Salvador. Bringing that inherited culinary knowledge and hospitality to Colorado, she established the restaurant to share her roots through a lineup of Salvadoran and Mexican dishes.
