Operating since 1996, El Camino builds its menu around Chef Arturo Perez’s family recipes, developed with contributions from Mexico City chef Ricardo Muñoz Zurita. The kitchen pairs traditional and modern cooking inspired by southern Mexico, specifically from Michoacán to Oaxaca, extending scratch preparation to its salsas and desserts while sourcing local, natural, and organic ingredients whenever possible.
