Description

Starting near the elementary school in Haleiwa, the trail leads up to a historic World War II military pillbox that serves as a rest stop along the ʻEhukai Pillbox Trail. Inside, the concrete bunker features bright and vibrant graffiti art across its interior. The hike takes about an hour round trip, proving manageable for kids yet tough on footing when the path becomes extremely slippery and muddy when wet.
