The kitchen draws on the chef’s background in a small Montenegrin town, shaped by a household where food was made by hand. Her mother built daily routines around preparing meals from scratch, including bread, cheese, and dried meats, while her father tended a small farm with livestock and fruit trees, worked as a skilled butcher, and made spirits from his harvest. With 23 years in the restaurant business, she brings that upbringing to the table, guided by the simple value of a well-cooked meal.
