Held on Friday nights, the gathering sets aside familiar habits by keeping the room strictly without substances or talking. Stripping away those social norms is intended to help participants connect more deeply in the moment with themselves and others. The room is guided by a resident DJ playing electronic music, starting at an easy, slow pace before climbing to peak intensity and settling back into stillness.
