Ecstatic Dance SF

Every Sunday morning at Fillmore Street's Sacred Heart Church—also known as the Church of 8 Wheels—the gathering follows clear community guidelines: participants remain entirely wordless on the dance floor in an environment free of phones, cameras, and strong scents.

Sessions open with a choice of contact improv or yoga, gather into an opening circle, and transition into a two-hour dance journey before finishing with a closing meditation.
