Set at the southern end of the market in the historic Economy Building, the venue covers 1,900 square feet framed by high ceilings and sculpture art. The floor shifts between interactive cooking sessions—where guests shop for ingredients before preparing them—and private events. It accommodates up to 150 standing or 85 seated guests for corporate receptions, weddings, and team building culinary challenges, backed by in-house catering and an event coordinator.
