Description
The grounds took shape through a community effort in the 1990s, when the Eastridge Homeowners Association and the Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association collaborated with Portland Parks & Recreation on a master plan. Following incremental improvements over the years, construction on the final plan elements was completed in October 2007.
