Denver Eastern European Dinner in a 30-Seat Colfax Room
Order rabbit kiev or adjika pelmeni, then sip house horilka among cuckoo clocks and Matryoshka dolls.
🪆 A Playful Eastern European Menu
Molotov Kitschen puts chef and owner Bo Porytko at the helm of a 30 seat restaurant in Denver. Traditional Eastern European flavors take playful forms here, with modern zakusky, rabbit kiev and adjika pelmeni among the dishes. The menu stretches from those plates to hearty mains, giving you a few directions to explore before turning to the drinks.
House infused cocktails share the bill with house horilka. The interior is eclectic, with cuckoo clocks and Matryoshka dolls lining the room. Seating spans the dining area and a small bar, giving you two places to settle in over a meal or a drink. A tiny crew handles the entire restaurant.
Find the restaurant at 3333 E Colfax Ave. Hours run Tuesday through Saturday from 5 PM to half past nine PM, and Sunday from 4 PM to 8 PM, with Monday closed.
