The Cabinet Mezcal Bar operates as an East Village mezcal bar dedicated to regional distillates from across Mexico. Warm lighting illuminates cabinet-lined shelves filled with artisanal selections from Oaxaca and Chiapas alongside traditional tequilas from Jalisco.
Visitors can order a guided tasting flight to compare distinct production styles, or select house cocktails like a smoky margarita, an Oaxacan old-fashioned, and the Chixa Tapacho. A focused snack selection includes freshly made guacamole and crispy tacos to complement the spirits. Guests wanting fresh air can sit outside on the covered patio.
The space welcomes walk-in guests for evening drinks and conversation throughout the week. Doors open Thursday at 5 PM, Friday at 4 PM, Saturday at 3 PM, and Sunday at 2 PM. Service concludes at midnight on Thursday, 1 AM on Friday and Saturday, and 10 PM on Sunday. The room remains closed Monday through Wednesday.
