DVG JIU JITSU

Founded by Professor Brandon Gross, the academy guides practice through its signature DVG Identity Loop™ methodology, combining self-defense with character growth, critical thinking, and perseverance. Youth training is organized into distinct age cohorts—from Little Sheep for ages 4 to 6 and Slingshots for ages 7 to 12 through to co-ed teens—alongside a dedicated homeschool program. Adult training covers fundamentals, mixed-level gi, and no-gi sessions, delivered with an emphasis on patient, encouraging coaching on and off the mat.
