Description
Operating as a 100% member-managed nonprofit with a lease extending through 2052, the grounds sit 4.5 miles upriver from Elliott Bay with easy access to downtown Seattle. Across four docks, the marina holds 112 slips—most of them covered—accommodating vessels from 35 to 50 feet with exclusive assigned moorage. On-site facilities include a clubhouse with a kitchen, a BBQ deck overlooking the water, restrooms with showers and laundry, a pump-out station, gated parking, and dedicated project and storage space.
