Irma Flores and Jose Luis Ortiz opened the bakery to bring traditional artisanal pastries and bread to the neighborhood. The daily routine starts early, with the first batch in the oven at 4:00am to be ready by 6:00am, followed by a second batch baked at 8:00am.
