At 2024 North 7th Street, Unit 201, you can join drop in yoga classes alongside sound baths. Travelers can take part while spending time in the city, without turning a class into a standing weekly commitment.
Acupuncture and massage form part of a broader menu of individual treatment options available here, while community workshops offer another way to take part in the collective. The collective approach puts community gathering at the heart of the studio, with space on the schedule for people to practice together as well as explore holistic healing on their own.
The center opens Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM.
