Description
Operating under the Collaborative Care Model, the center addresses community health priorities through disease prevention education. Services range from screenings, behavioral health counseling, and STI and HIV testing to healthy cooking demonstrations and creative arts therapies. It also provides direct clinical treatment for uninsured residents alongside health education workshops.
