What began in 2009 as a holiday cookie pop-up opened its brick-and-mortar cafe on Groundhog Day in 2015 before relocating to Woodbine. The climate-neutral bakery works with organic flours and sugars, making items like hot sauce and almond paste from scratch. Alongside its breakfast, lunch, and brunch menus, its baked goods and beverages also supply restaurants across Nashville.
