Designed by the Martin Brudnizki studio inside The Dupont Circle Hotel, Doyle centres its drinks around a back bar stocked with whiskey, rum, gin, and vodka. Cocktails lean toward short and strong classics alongside playful interpretations of mid-century favourites, supported by Old and New World wines and a small plates menu available throughout the day.
