Founded by mother-daughter duo Aniessa Wong and Gail Elbourne, Downside Up was conceived as an alternative to screen fatigue and standard nightlife. The small, comfortable lounge centers on face-to-face interaction, rotating through a calendar of plant bingo, craft workshops, dance classes, and artist showcases. Guests can grab appetizers, non-alcoholic Bero beer, and specialty drinks like the Valley Girl, while select evening events are designated for an 18+ crowd.
