Started by two brothers in November 2014, the Philadelphia food truck has spent over a decade serving traditional Mexican flavors made with fresh ingredients. A regular presence around University City and a familiar draw at Night Market events, the truck piles tortillas with combinations like both shrimp and fish together alongside al pastor garnished with cilantro and salsa verde. Beyond street-side service, the team also provides event catering with experience adapting to unpredictable outdoor setups.
